When you ask Daryl Rocheleau, our CEO, what drives him, he won’t talk about himself. He’ll talk about customers—the municipalities, utilities, and contractors who are out in the field every day, facing real challenges with outdated infrastructure. They’re the heroes of this story. Daryl simply sees his role as helping clear the path.
With more than 25 years in sewer, watermain, and excavation work, Daryl has walked job sites, managed projects, and worked side by side with crews who know the cost of heavy installs, constant corrosion, and dangerous confined-space entries. That experience is what fuels his vision and helps him create products that make work safer, simpler, and smarter.
Months ago, Daryl made a bold move, he rebranded QuickStream Solutions as Poo Pit. At first it felt like a leap, but when the brand launched, he realized he should’ve done it sooner. Why? Because Poo Pit isn’t just a catchy name. It’s a product that’s changing the wastewater industry.
For too long, contractors and cities have been:
“It doesn’t have to be this way,” Daryl says. And he’s right. The Poo Pit makes installs faster, eliminates confined-space risks, and lasts more than 100 years without corrosion, all while saving taxpayers millions.
What the rebrand really did was make the message simple, like the product itself. It made the transformation clear and powerful. And it reminded Daryl, and his team, that the things built to last deserve a brand that lasts too.
You won’t always see Daryl in the office, he’s out collaborating with partners, listening to customers, and pushing forward with ideas that will shape the future of infrastructure. But his motivation is steady and he’s consistently ready to equip our customers with the tools and products that let them succeed, protect their people, and deliver lasting value to communities.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not about him. It’s about the cities, contractors, and workers who are building smarter, safer infrastructure for all of us.
